Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states. and we currently do not ship International. International shipping may be added in the future.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Z&L Seasoning Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier issues. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.
We will assist where possible, but carrier investigations must be completed before any resolution is offered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with:

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
